Developing New Business with prospects.
The New Business Development Rep will be responsible for securing new business clients for Overdrive Logistics. He/ She will be responsible for the creation and development of business opportunities that are valued by OverDrive and the potential customer. He /She will identify opportunities to reach projected growth and lay the ground work for implementation. He/ She will work closely with and report to the Director of Business Development. This individual is motivating and knowledgeable in the changing markets. A New Business Development position requires someone with strong professional management skills, sound judgement, initiative, extensive knowledge of truckload industry, strong organizational skills, complex problem-solving skills, attentive to details, and must have strong negotiating skills. He/ She understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships and possesses effective interpersonal communication skills. This person can recognize challenges and adapt to maximize profitability. This position requires a self-motivated individual. This position is full time and critical in the success of our business. The New Business Development Representative is a key player in the future success of OverDrive Logistics.

Traffic & Dispatch Coordinators are crucial to Overdrive Logistics. This position is a full-time position and requires someone with strong people skills and ability to multi-task, a critical thinker that understands the importance of maintaining communication and is proactive in the processes. A Traffic & Dispatch Coordinator is the first line of communication with drivers as they relay our customer’s expectations and requirements.
